Truck dismantling is carried out in our own modern dismantling center in Veghel. Here, we have specialized facilities and experienced technicians who handle each vehicle with care. Before dismantling begins, vehicles are thoroughly tested on the road and diagnostically checked using official brand systems from DAF, Volvo, Mercedes and Renault.

BAS Parts & Tyres purchases trucks throughout Europe for dismantling, in collaboration with our parent company BAS World. BAS World is one of Europe’s largest vehicle sellers, selling over 10,000 vehicles annually. Thanks to this close cooperation, we can also source specific trucks on request. This gives us access to highly specific parts. As many as 80% of the trucks we purchase are damage-free, allowing us to dismantle and offer high-quality parts.

BAS Parts & Tyres offers, in addition to used and new truck parts, also reconditioned parts. Many of these components are reconditioned in our own workshop; in addition, we collaborate with a large network of specialized reconditioning companies. All reconditioned items come with a 6-month warranty – that is how much confidence we have in our reconditioning quality.

Before we dismantle a truck, we test it extensively. Test drives, compression tests, and diagnostic analyses are part of the standard procedure. Because we thoroughly inspect every vehicle prior to dismantling, we know exactly what the quality of the truck components is.
